Resolved - All services have been restored and are now being closely monitored for a period of time. Our supplier is still performing follow-up work at its data center, but this has no impact on our infrastructure. The platform is back to normal operation.

Identified - Dear customers,

we would like to inform you about the following event:

Maintenance work on the emergency power supply at one of our data centers led to a complete outage at that data center. A large number of the backend systems suddenly lost power, and the process of switching traffic to other data centers is still ongoing.
